Where has the time gone? I did write a blog a week ago yet blogger was having some issues and it disappeared. For three weeks now i have been on the sidelines with my foot in a boot giving my tendons a chance to rest and repair. I stressed them a few times by miss stepping on a root during a few trail runs.
This week I am returning to physical activity. Slowly, safely, with a renewed focus on getting stronger, healthier, and faster.
